It’s no secret why we refer to Wednesday as Hump Day. It’s the middle of the work week, when many of us shift into high gear at work so that nothing gets in the way as we head into the weekend! We work hard so we can play harder!

But sometimes, as we shift into high gear, we do so at the expense of taking care of ourselves. We may skip our daily exercise routine or opt for fast food instead of a healthy, home cooked meal. So, to keep us focused on this Hump Day/Wellness Wednesday, here is a reminder from ChiWellness Ambassador Chef D’Andre Miller about the importance of taking care of our bodies.
